The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles.
Breakfast can be served at €8 per person. We serve lunch and evening meals @9. Please check "Other Details To Note".
€10 pet fee per dog per visit. Unsterilised female dogs in season not allowed.
The space
There are 3 steps leading to the apartment, which consists of a small hall, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a big kitchen with a dining table and the bedroom with the double bed and pull out, double sofa. Bedding and towels are provided and free of charge. High chair and the baby cot are available.
Guest access
There is an outside, covered verandah with a big table. The garden path leads directly to the lake. It takes 2 minutes walk to get to the sandy beach.

We provide plant-based meals. Meals are charged separately and are prepared with vegetables in season.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The old henhouse build in +-1940. We didn't change the outlay of the house, kept beams and windows are almost original. Only 24 sq m, but feels larger than it is. Located in the lower garden of Lake House Lebehn, with own garden entrance and a wooden terrace. Optional breakfast €8 and evening meal €9. Please let me know about wanting meals one day in advance.

The space
One room with open plan kitchen, bathroom and the outdoor terrace. The garden outside is wild to encourage wildlife and pollinators.
Guest access
Access by own, private garden gate, no need to mix with guests from nearby Lakehaus.
